User Agreement

This User Agreement governs access and use of CMASetu. By using this software, you agree to all terms mentioned below.

1. Authorized Usage

CMASetu is intended only for authorized users approved by the administrator.

Public registration or automatic subscription rights are not guaranteed.

2. Account Control

The administrator has complete authority over:

• User approval
• Subscription duration
• Access permissions
• Role assignment
• Feature accessibility
• Account suspension or deletion

3. Subscription Terms

Subscription validity is manually controlled by the platform administrator.

Access may expire automatically after the assigned subscription period.

CMASetu reserves the right to:

• Modify subscription plans
• Refuse renewals
• Suspend access without explanation

4. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Use the software lawfully
• Verify reports before official usage

5. Restricted Activities

Users shall not:

• Share accounts with unauthorized persons
• Attempt hacking or reverse engineering
• Copy or redistribute the software
• Use automated tools to abuse the platform
• Manipulate generated financial reports fraudulently

6. Intellectual Property

CMASetu, including its branding, code structure, report formats, design, and modules, remains the intellectual property of the developer.

7. Limitation of Liability

CMASetu does not guarantee loan approval, banking acceptance, or financial outcomes.

Users are fully responsible for verifying all calculations, assumptions, and submitted documents.

8. Account Termination

CMASetu reserves the unrestricted right to suspend or terminate any account at any time in cases including:

• Policy violation
• Unauthorized access
• Fraudulent usage
• Security threats
• Non-compliance with platform rules

9. Governing Rights

All operational control, technical authority, and platform decisions remain exclusively with CMASetu administration.

10. Acceptance

Continued use of CMASetu confirms that the user has read, understood, and accepted this agreement fully.
